Week 51: Flatware

I am still struggling with a shoulder impingement and tendinitis, but I only have one more sketch to catch up on and I can start my next project in the new year.

Materials I used:

Staedtler 2H Pencil
Faber-Castell 2B pencil
Faber-Castell Polychromos coloured pencils

Lovely detail on the nut spoon! I didn’t know Oneida had once been under a different name. The flower kiosk is beautiful with all the bright colors. You’re just about ready for your new sketch trip!

    • I know sketching buddy! Yeah, I had no idea about the history of Oneida either until I found that spoon in a junky antique shop in Peterborough, Ontario for 50 cents.

It’s so wonderful that we can find information like that readily on the Internet.
